North Perth

This Architecturally designed renovation took into account the 2m height difference between the front and back of the property this old home was built on.

The Architect was able to utilise the 2m height difference by desigining the new living and dining room walls of the new extension, and the new rear and side boundary walls to double as retaining walls, setting up the efficient use of the external area around the house to create a cosy and private multi-levelled alfresco and entertaining area for friends and family.

Cedar cladding, cedar windows & doors, concrete blockwork and grey polished concrete floors feature throughout the new rear extension, giving this home a modern feel in the inner-city suburb of North Perth, without taking away from its existing heritage appeal from the street

Testimonial

Annette

Lorenzo and Daniel from Cassari have been excellent. They’ve been incredibly flexible with changes we’ve wanted to make and have chased up some of the supplies we needed from all over Australia.

The workmanship has been of a high standard and Lorenzo or Daniel have rung us to tell us if they’re not happy with something rather than us having to chase them up. They even assisted us with finding landscapers and other tradesmen outside of the scope of their job. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone considering using them for any building project.
